Despite many promises made and hundreds of crores spent by the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), the civic amenities in the country’s IT capital remain far from world-class. Weeks after artist Baadal Nanjundaswamy turned a huge pothole into a crocodile pond, a huge and scary anaconda was spotted slithering up a water-filled pothole with a human hand in its mouth.
